「気象庁海況統計資料1971-2000」の
沿岸水温データフォーマット資料の修正について

　CD-ROM「気象庁海況統計資料1971-2000」のうち、沿岸水温のデータフォーマット資料に誤りがありました。
修正後のフォーマット資料（和文・英文）については、下記を参照願います。

A．和文
　　1.平年値　(Cstnorm.txt)
　　　気象庁で観測している全観測点の平年値が一つのファイルに格納されている。
　　　一観測点の平年値が１行に記されており，フォーマットは順に，地点番号(5桁)，統計開始年，最終年(各4
　　桁)。その後ろに月上旬，中旬，下旬及び月の平均値が1月から12月まで，3桁×4個×12ヶ月繰り返されて
　　いる。
　 　値は0.1℃単位で，平年値が決定できなかった旬，月は"999"としている。

　　2.観測値　(Cstjun[PPPPP].txt)　PPPPPは観測地点番号
　　　一観測点の観測値の旬平均値及び月平均値が一つのファイルに格納されている。
　　　データフォーマットはヘッダ部１行と複数行のデータ部からなり，ヘッダ部には観測地点名(13字)，地点番号
　　(5桁)および統計開始年，最終年（各々4桁）が記されている。
　　　データ部の各行のフォーマットは順に観測年(4桁)，その後ろに月上旬，中旬，下旬及び月の平均値が1月
　　から12月まで，3桁×4個×12ヶ月繰り返されている。
　 　値は0.1℃単位で，欠測した旬，月は"999"としている。

B．英文
　　1.Normals (Cstnorm.txt)
　　　This file includes the data of all stations operated by JMA.
　　　A record of data corresponds to a station.　First fourteen characters denote station number (five digit
　　number) and the year of start and end of statistics (four digit numbers respectively).　Following data
　　denote coastal water temperatures with a FORTRAN format 48I3; [three digit number] x [four data] x
　　[twelve months].　Data of a month consists of 10-day mean temperatures of beginning, middle and end,
　　and monthly mean temperature sequentially.　The data set repeats twelve times from January through
　　December.
　　　Unit of the data is 0.1 degree C.　"999" denotes the period when a temperature value cannot be
　　determined.

　　2.Observed Data (Cstjun[PPPPP].txt　"PPPPP"is station number )
　　　Each file includes the data of a station.　Each data set consists of header record and following data
　　records.　The header record contains name of station (thirteen characters), station number (a five digit
　　number), the year of start and end of statistics (four digit numbers respectively).
　　　One record of data corresponds to a year.　First four-digit numbers is year.　Following data denote
　　coastal water temperatures with a FORTRAN format 48I3; [three digit number] x [four data] x [twelve
　　months].　Data of a month consists of 10-day mean temperatures of beginning, middle and end, and
